List your business — it's freeHow do I list my business on Rosenama?
Create an owner account in the business portal, complete onboarding (profile, location, services, hours, and team), and submit your application for Rosenama review. Once approved, your listing goes live.
How much does Rosenama cost?
Starter is $8/mo and Pro is $10/mo (+ domain registration cost). During early access both plans are $0 so you can register and grow now. Pro unlocks a custom domain; domain purchase fees are separate.
What happens after I submit my application?
Rosenama reviews your listing. You may be asked for more information before approval. Watch email and the portal for pending review, needs info, approved, or rejected status.
How do I manage bookings?
New bookings arrive as pending review. Approve or reject each request, then mark appointments completed or as no-show after the visit. Customers can cancel when the 24-hour policy allows.
How does the online store work?
Add products in your portal with photos, pricing, and stock. Customers order from your public store page with cash on delivery. You manage orders through confirmed, out for delivery, and delivered — Rosenama does not collect payment.
What is the Rosenama Journal?
The Rosenama Journal is a moderated content platform. Write articles in your portal that appear on your shop page and in the Rosenama Journal. Submit for review; once approved, they help customers discover your expertise.
Does Rosenama collect payment from my clients?
No. Rosenama does not process payments. For bookings and cash-on-delivery store orders, you arrange pricing and payment directly with customers.
Can I edit my listing after it is live?
Yes. Update profile, gallery, hours, services, team, products, and Journal articles from the dashboard. Some changes — including Journal articles — may need moderation before they appear publicly.
